I am a research engineer living in Japan studying bioinformatics and cheminformatics. I am interested in drug discovery using SBDD/FBDD and protein/ligand docking, machine learning applied to medicinal chemistry, and small molecule organic chemistry. I also enjoy web development, Bioconda & conda-forge / Flatpak packaging, and am a Linux geek.
